SuperWatchDogTerms of Use
SuperWatchDog is intended for local privacy protection and file-vault scenarios on Windows PCs. Super Recovery attempts to recover files from disks or images that you are authorized to handle.
Authorized Use
- Use this product only on devices and files that you own or are authorized to manage.
- Do not use the product to invade another person's privacy, evade lawful audits, or violate applicable rules or laws.
Versions and Licensing
Each product may include Free, Pro, or future editions. A current permanent license is a one-time purchase bound to one computer and includes future major and minor updates to the same product; future standalone products or separately priced modules are not automatically included. A standalone Super Recovery Pro license applies only to Super Recovery, while a SuperWatchDog Pro bundle license includes both SuperWatchDog Pro and Super Recovery Pro entitlements. Reinstallation on the same computer remains covered. A legitimate computer replacement may be reviewed using the original order and the new machine code; after reissue, the old computer is no longer licensed.
Prohibited Uses
- Do not use the product to steal, destroy, hide, or bypass authorized management of other people's data or devices.
- Do not use the product for attack, intrusion, audit bypass, regulatory evasion, or other unlawful activity.
- Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, repackage, or publish unauthorized software packages under the SuperWatchDog name.
Vaults and Recovery Materials
Before using vault features, make sure you understand password and recovery responsibilities. You must keep the BitLocker password and recovery materials yourself. If you forget the password and lose recovery materials, vault contents may be unrecoverable.
Downloads, Installation, and Updates
Download installers only from official release pages or trusted sources. During installation, uninstall, and update flows, follow the installer prompts and keep your vault files and recovery materials under your own control.
Limitation of Responsibility
SuperWatchDog aims to provide stable local privacy protection, but it cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, driver, system policy, third-party security product, or special environment. Losses caused by misuse, lost passwords, lost recovery materials, system failures, third-party interference, or unauthorized use remain your responsibility.
